Enrollment Process

  • Download the Gingr for Pet Parents App in the App Store or Google Play store.

    • Enter in the store code: ________ to get directed to our site

  • Fill out the enrollment page and sign the agreements attached.

    • If you have questions on any of the agreements, feel free to give us a call to discuss.

  • Upload vaccine records into the app, or email them to us.

    • We require that Bordetella (kennel cough), Distemper (DHPP, DHLPP) and Rabies vaccines are up to date at all times.

  • Once all of that is completed, give us a call to set up a First Voyage Visit.

First Voyage Visits

A First Voyage Visit is required to be completed before we are able to book any boarding or daycare stays. The First Voyage Visit process helps us understand your pups personality and energy level. During the visit, we will assess your dogs energy level and temperament. This will help us decide their best fit playgroup. Your pup would be required to stay with us for at least 2 hours, but they are always more than welcome to stay longer if needed.
