Welcome to Bone Voyage Villas! By accessing our website, creating an account, making a reservation, or utilizing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these policies carefully before booking your dog's stay.
1. General Information
Bone Voyage Villas provides professional dog boarding, daycare, and additional pet care services in Hobart, Wisconsin.
Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. All services are subject to availability, facility policies, and management approval.
Bone Voyage Villas reserves the right to modify services, pricing, operating hours, and facility policies as necessary, subject to applicable law.
2. Reservations & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
All dogs must successfully complete a trial day evaluation before being approved for boarding or daycare.
Reservations may be requested through our online booking system or by contacting our facility.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability.
Reservations for holidays and peak travel periods may fill quickly. We encourage clients to book in advance.
Bone Voyage Villas reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations when necessary for the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, or facility.
3. Vaccination & Health Requirements
For the health and safety of all guests, Bone Voyage Villas requires every dog to be current on the following vaccinations:
Rabies
Distemper
Bordetella
Proof of current vaccinations must be provided before attending daycare or boarding. Owners are responsible for ensuring vaccination records remain accurate and up to date.
All dogs must be in good health and free from symptoms of contagious illness when entering our facility.
Owners must notify our team of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns that may affect their dog's care.
Bone Voyage Villas reserves the right to deny services to any dog displaying symptoms of illness or presenting a potential health risk to other guests.
4. Behavior & Socialization
The safety and well-being of every guest is our priority.
Dogs participating in group activities must demonstrate appropriate behavior and compatibility with other dogs.
Our team determines playgroup placement based on size, temperament, energy level, and individual needs.
Bone Voyage Villas utilizes supervised, rotational playgroups to provide dogs with appropriate opportunities for exercise, socialization, and rest.
We reserve the right to modify a dog's activities, provide individual care, separate dogs, or discontinue services if behavior creates a safety concern.
Owners acknowledge that normal canine interactions and physical activities carry inherent risks, including minor injuries, scratches, and muscle soreness.
5. Boarding Accommodations
Bone Voyage Villas offers several boarding accommodation options, including Classic Suites, Grand Suites, and Villas.
Accommodations are subject to availability.
Specific accommodation requests cannot always be guaranteed.
Additional amenities and services may be available for an additional charge.
Management reserves the right to relocate a guest to another appropriate accommodation when necessary for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
Any applicable pricing changes will be communicated in accordance with our facility policies.
6. Payments & Fees
Payment for boarding, daycare, and additional services must be completed at either drop-off or pickup.
All outstanding charges must be paid in full before the pet leaves the facility.
No unpaid balances or open tabs will be permitted.
Pricing may vary based on accommodation type, length of stay, and additional services selected.
Boarding Checkout Fee
On the final day of a boarding reservation, dogs picked up after 8:00 AM will incur an additional $5 fee per dog.
Dogs picked up by 8:00 AM will not be charged this additional fee.
This fee applies only to the final day of a boarding stay and does not apply to regular daycare reservations.
7. Cancellations & Reservation Changes
Bone Voyage Villas does not enforce a cancellation policy or charge cancellation fees.
However, we kindly ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they no longer need their reservation.
Because boarding and daycare availability may be limited, timely cancellations allow us to offer open spaces to other guests on our waitlist.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us accommodate as many furry guests as possible.
8. Check-In & Check-Out
All boarding and daycare drop-offs and pickups must take place during our designated business hours.
Owners are responsible for arranging timely drop-off and pickup of their pets.
Holiday hours and service availability may vary from our regular schedule.
Clients are encouraged to review our current operating hours and any holiday announcements before their reservation.
All outstanding charges must be paid before departure.
9. Personal Belongings
Owners may provide approved personal items for their dog's comfort during their stay.
Bone Voyage Villas is not responsible for ordinary wear, damage, or loss of personal belongings, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
For safety reasons, our team reserves the right to remove any personal item that may present a potential hazard.
We encourage owners to clearly label any belongings brought to the facility.
10. Veterinary Care & Emergencies
In the event of illness, injury, or a medical emergency, Bone Voyage Villas will make reasonable efforts to contact the pet owner or designated emergency contact.
If immediate medical attention is necessary, we may seek veterinary care in accordance with the owner's signed veterinary authorization and applicable law.
Owners are responsible for veterinary expenses as outlined in their signed service agreement, subject to applicable law.
Owners are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information and notifying our team of any changes.
11. Assumption of Risk & Liability
While Bone Voyage Villas takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, owners acknowledge that boarding, daycare, group play, and other pet care activities involve inherent risks.
These may include minor injuries, illness, stress, or other incidents associated with normal canine behavior and interactions.
Bone Voyage Villas strives to minimize these risks through appropriate supervision, facility procedures, and individualized care.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to release Bone Voyage Villas from liability that cannot legally be waived.
Additional responsibilities, acknowledgments, and authorizations may be outlined in our separate client service agreements.
12. Photos, Videos & Social Media
During their stay, dogs may be photographed or recorded for facility updates, client communications, and promotional purposes.
Photos and videos may be shared on our website, social media pages, or other marketing platforms in accordance with the owner's media consent preferences.
Clients should notify our team of any changes to their media consent preferences.
13. Website Use & Online Accounts
Visitors agree to use the Bone Voyage Villas website and online booking system for lawful purposes only.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting their login credentials, and providing truthful information regarding their pets.
Unauthorized access, fraudulent reservations, or misuse of our website or booking platform is prohibited.
Bone Voyage Villas reserves the right to restrict access to accounts or services when necessary to protect our business, clients, and guests, subject to applicable law.
14. Privacy & Personal Information
Bone Voyage Villas respects the privacy of our clients.
Personal information submitted through our website or online reservation system may be used to manage bookings, process payments, communicate with pet owners, maintain pet care records, and provide requested services.
